Sarina first discovered the power of meditative awareness through the discipline of martial arts in her formative years, attaining her 2nd degree black belt in Shotokan Karate-Do, ranking nationally in competitions, and gleaning her first understanding of inner "Shiva" energy. In the structured rigor of the dojo, she cultivated a lasting devotion to her body-mind connection—learning to meet her edge of resistance and respond to life with presence, purpose, and embodied action. This early training seeded a lifelong reverence for practices that awaken human potential.

Next, it was in the sensual rhythms of competitive ballroom dance that Sarina experienced a different kind of power: the pulse of passion—raw, radiant, and undeniable. This awakening stirred something deeper than intellect could touch: a desire to live in intimacy with life itself, her primal "Shakti" principle. Guided by the union of this inner vital flame, her path unfolded into the heart of Tantra. A path honoring the whole of life as it is, asking us to step into blissful communion with reality.

It is in the unbecoming, that true ecstasy arises. After a pivotal medicine journey served as an initiation, it was clear her dharma is one rooted in unity consciousness and the sacred remembrance that bliss is not a destination, but a frequency we can learn to inhabit daily. Continuing to follow the threads of embodied awakening, Sarina is now certified through The Tantric Way, a lineage that bridges modern somatic psychotherapy with the ancient secrets of Tantrism, and in OSHO Active Meditations™.

Invigorating, empowering, and exploratory, Sarina Founded Honey Temple in 2022 after leaving her high-achieving role in Corporate America, acknowledging the drive to expand in all directions by dancing with her understanding of chasing intensity, melting into subtlety, and playing in the fertile grounds in-between. She now tends to her mystery school for Intimacy Arts and Transformational Tantra based in sweet and sunny San Diego, California as she continues her path of study. She remains devoted to empowering each of us to reclaim our vitality, open our hearts to more fulfilling connection, and live from our highest delight in this lifetime.
